Topeka Public Schools Holds Promotion Ceremony for Fifth-Graders

Whitson Elementary held a promotion ceremony for their fifth-grade students moving to middle school on Wednesday, May 28.

Approximately 60 fifth-grade students from Whitson received their promotion certificates on Wednesday.

The ceremony was a celebration of the students' hard work and achievements in elementary school.

Principal Keelin Pierce said, “We have a strong sense of community at Whitson Elementary, and it was evident during the promotion ceremony.”
