We read everything that comes in. We won’t promise a reply window — it depends on the week — but a specific message gets a useful answer faster than a vague one.
What’s useful to send
- A calculation that looks wrong — name the tool (say, the Award Budget Calculator or the Ceremony Timeline Calculator) and the numbers you entered, so we can reproduce it.
- A tool you wish existed, and what it would calculate.
- A correction to something in The Awards Museum or the blog.
- Anything else — broken links, unclear wording, an ad that seems off.
What this isn’t
This isn’t a helpdesk for a specific engraver, trophy vendor, or awards body, and we can’t give professional advice on your program or ceremony. The tools and guides on this site are general information — always confirm quotes, materials, and delivery timelines with your own supplier before you order anything.
